We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

Yellowstone CrossFit has become my second home. As a former collegiate athlete, the transition from college sports to finding something to fill that void in real life was hard. I tried it all, then I finally found Yellowstone CrossFit. The community is bar none, we are all here for each other in and out of the gym. Not only am I becoming fitter, but I’m doing it surrounded by people who genuinely want you to succeed. Despite what you may think, CrossFit is for everyone. Everyone starts somewhere.
