Yellowstone CrossFit has become my second home. As a former collegiate athlete, the transition from college sports to finding something to fill that void in real life was hard. I tried it all, then I finally found Yellowstone CrossFit. The community is bar none, we are all here for each other in and out of the gym. Not only am I becoming fitter, but I’m doing it surrounded by people who genuinely want you to succeed. Despite what you may think, CrossFit is for everyone. Everyone starts somewhere. This gym caters those who could be just starting their fitness journey all the way to elite athletes! Come in and give it a go! You won’t be disappointed.

Yellowstone Crossfit is this awesome place where I show up for an hour to sweat out my day among friends. In the past 5 years working out here I have gained self confidence in myself and what I am capable of not only in the gym but all aspects of my life. What is Crossfit?

CrossFit defined is “constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity.” Our specialty is not specializing, while covering the 10 fundamentals of fitness: cardio and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, speed, power, coordination, balance, accuracy and agility

What stands for Workout Of the Day. As we are constantly varied it is the easiest way to refer to our workouts in a broad spectrum
