3 clean grip deadlifts + 3 front squats + 3 good mornings (barbell)

Add weight X 2

Weightlifting

Deadlift + Dumbbell Step-Up Complex (Every 2 minutes for 16 minutes)

3 deadlifts + 6 dumbbell step-ups
As heavy as possible on both movments
