Run 200 meters

15 chain breakers

10 walking lunges

5 push-ups

2 rounds

3 clean grip deadlifts + 3 hang power cleans + 3 power cleans (barbell)

Add weight and repeat then power clean warm up working up to 80% or your power clean 1RM

Weightlifting

Power Clean EMOM (Singles EMOM for 10 minutes )

Work at 80%+ the entire 10 minute EMOM
