Reset each rep- no touch and go

Work to a heavy

Back Extension (3 X 8)

Add a barbell if possible

Shoulder Press (5 X 2)

Strict press

Work to a heavy

Barbell Shrugs (3 X 8 )

Heavy as possible

Box Dips (50 reps )

Leg Holds (30-60 seconds X 4 )

Rest 60-90 between sets
