Underhand Grip Pull-ups (4 X 3-6 with ME hold at the top of the last rep )

Rest as needed between sets

Sumo Deadlift High Pull (3 X 8 )

Heavy as possible

Accessory Work

Dumbbell Front Lateral Raises (3 X 12 each arm )

Bent Over DB Reverse Flyes (3 X 12 )

Run 400 meters

Rest 90 seconds X 3
