There are 5 sets of bench and 4 sets of pull-ups, do the sets of pull-ups between the sets of bench. Use a band or box if you have to. Those of you who can easily perform sets of 5 pull-ups grab a dumbell put it between your feet and perform the same rep scheme, the 5th pull-up should be challenging.
