min 1 – 5 Deadlifts (#185/135) + 5 Bar-facing Burpees
min 2 – 12 WB (#20/14)
min 3 – 8 Alt. Rows in Plank (#50/35)
Your score will be 15 min. if you complete all the required work in each minute. If you can’t get the reps done in the minute, your time is the last minute you complete all the required work. We want everyone to shoot for a score of 15 min, so consider scaling the weight if that is too much!
