20 Reps for Time @ 70-75% of 1rm C&J:
1 Rep = Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Push Jerk + Split Jerk
Each “rep” must be unbroken. If you drop the barbell during a rep it doesn’t count. You may drop between reps!
