When you come through our doors you will not see treadmills, televisions, people performing unnatural movements , or anyone wathcing their bicep curl “form” in the mirrors; we have none of the above. At Yellowstone CrossFit our workouts consist of constantly varied functional movements (like push-ups, deadlifts, running, squats, jumping) performed at high intensity in a group setting. What is CrossFit?
